More Bread
A friend posted a beautiful loaf of homemade bread a few weeks ago and I asked for her recipe. She sent me a link to Jim Lahey's "no knead" bread. Apparently, it is the most popular recipe the New York Times has published. And now, I see why. I made a lovely loaf of bread with not a lot of effort. I told Bill that anticipating problems and overthinking instructions was much more taxing than the actual making of the bread.
I will definitely do this again.
