After Bill suggested that I may be overdoing the "heads and stripes thing" (yes, I know, it came from Bill), I mixed it up a bit today. I decided to use just scraps of whatever I found in my purse/tote....mixed results, but it was a transition. I really fought the urge to "put a bird on it".
