Yesterday, after a long day at work, I managed to add to the necklace.
Today, since my supplies arrived in the mail, I had to try soldering a frame onto a piece of rule. It was pretty successful...especially since it was the first time I have ever used a soldering iron.
And, I learned a few things...take time to apply the copper evenly, take extra time to burnish the corners nicely....and never NEVER stop paying attention and grab the soldering iron down near the tip like a pencil.
Now, I will look up some YouTube videos to see how to do this.
